Tansel has been excellent in sourcing interim roles at the top end of the HR spectrum. The great things about working with Tansel are that he listens to requirements in detail and understands the brief, and then acts on it; and he keeps in touch with you all the way through the process, returns calls, gives honest and constructive feedback and really takes care to be available and supportive – nothing is too much trouble…. this is a quality that can be lacking in some recruiters all too often these days, but not Tansel.
I really recommend him if you are looking for an experienced HR resource or if you are an experienced HR professional looking for your next role.
