As Founder & Director, I lead a specialist consultancy that brings four disciplines under one roof — HR Recruitment, Career & Executive Coaching, Outplacement, and Hogan Assessments — plus the HR community work that ties them together. They aren't separate offerings. Each one sharpens the others.
The recruitment seat gives my coaching real commercial bite. The coaching makes outplacement transformative, not transactional. Hogan turns gut-feel hiring and development into evidence-led decisions. And running peer communities keeps me close to the live challenges senior HR leaders are actually facing — which feeds straight back into everything else.
It's a specialism I've been cultivating for two decades, and one that continues to deepen.

ILM Level 7-accredited. I coach senior professionals through transitions, promotions, board moves, leadership challenges and the pivotal moments where the next decision matters more than the last ten. Practical, evidence-based, and grounded in 20 years of seeing what employers actually hire for.
OUTPLACEMENT
We've invested significantly in our outplacement platform — combining 1:1 coaching, CV and LinkedIn rebuilds, interview preparation, video resources and Hogan insight — so departing employees land their next role faster, and employers offboard with care and brand integrity intact.
HOGAN ASSESSMENT
Certified Hogan assessor. I integrate psychometric insight into recruitment, coaching and development — surfacing leadership strengths, derailers and motivators that interviews alone never reach.
HR COMMUNITIES
I facilitate dedicated peer communities for HR leaders in SMEs and growing organisations — member-driven, agenda-led, and built around the lonely-at-the-top reality of being the only HR voice at the table. Now in our third year, with an 88% renewal rate.
