I’ve known Tansel for 3 years and we met when I was between jobs in 2011. He took time to understand my requirements and skills and although I moved into a new role Tansel remained in regular contact with me.
We got back in contact recently when I decided to leave my role at Thales and he identified a role that he felt I was a good match for. Tansel acts quickly, is highly professional and I always feel confident in his ability to understand and match both mine and the employers requirements – such an important and often over-looked skill.
