Viewing vetting interview videos was incredibly helpful to enable us to efficiently shortlist candidates for final interviews with pre-agreed questions set. This saves time for both the candidate and interview panel. Tansel's team can do this first stage for you again saving some valuable time for your hirers.

I would recommend his team, especially for difficult to appoint roles or roles requiring candidates who are function leads. It is really worth taking that extra time to carefully study the role and discussing this extensively which will save the organisation a lot of time and resources later.

This working group has been a unique opportunity to connect, share insights, and discuss the specific challenges and opportunities that we as HR professionals face. Given the isolated nature of many senior and leadership HR roles, creating an opportunity for meaningful peer support and knowledge sharing is incredibly valuable.
