HR Operations Manager

 

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded HR Generalist to align HR initiatives with business objectives and needs. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a key member of the HR Leadership Team, leading and developing a small HR team.

We’re seeking candidates who are friendly, approachable and collaborative with a professional style, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally/externally at all levels. The successful candidate will haveexposure to a sales and/or growth environment.

  • Drive and developrecruitment processesto ensure attraction and selection of quality candidates. Lead and oversee the relationship with external RPO team and recruiting managers to ensure collaborative work. Take ownership of EVP development.
  • Management of theCompensation & Benefitsprocesses – pay review, bonus schemes and benefits. Partner with external partners to gather market data, benchmark and assess grades.
  • Management ofHRIS– oversee and deliver daily HR operations. Seek out and adopt system improvements, improve employee service and engagement, maximising digital opportunities where possible. Reporting, analysis and presentation is also key.

Candidates must be CIPD Level 7 qualified.
