Responsibilities Include:

• This exciting, challenge and highly rewarding opportunity oversees the following:
•  Develop the Talent & OD strategy that successfully supports the domestic and international growth
• Lead the approach to Talent Management & Engagement
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy
• Manage and cultivate the approach to Talent Development
• Expand the staff wellbeing strategy
• £90-100k – London base with hybrid working and occasional travel.
