HR Business Partner

We’re seeking a HR Generalist who can build and deliver effective and efficient HR operations across the business. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes, HR systems and Compensations & Benefits. Other areas of involvement include Employee Relations, HR policy frameworks, Learning & Development and Performance Management.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a key member of the HR Leadership Team, leading and developing a small HR team, plus the external RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcer).

  • HR Partner to 50+ Managers and Teams Leads, linking HR operations to the company’s needs.
  • Implementing HR policy and procedures within the business, covering Talent, L&D, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Engagement, Culture and Diversity.
  • Oversight of Employee Relations and involvement in casework to help employees maintain a productive work environment and ensure organisation goals are met.
  • Oversight and cover of all business functions – Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Technical, Product, Service & Engineering, Corporate.

Candidates must be CIPD Level 7 qualified.
