HR Generalist

We’re seeking a HR Generalist to provide a wide range of HR support, guidance and advice within the HR function. Key areas of responsibilities include: Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Culture and Wellbeing and Employee Engagement.

  • Provide support and advice for HRBP and HR Operations Manager
  • Strong knowledge and guidance onCompensation & Benefitsprocesses – knowledge of market data, coordination and implementation of pay review preparation, bonus scheme
  • Assist, advise and participate inEmployee Relationscases and procedures, including line management support.
  • Support the HR Operations Manager with thetalent acquisitionprocess to ensure attraction and selection of quality candidates.
  • Advise onculture, wellbeing and MHFApolicies, as well as involvement inemployee engagementactivities.

Candidates with CIPD Level 5+ are highly desirable for this position.
