He does the same with candidates and I therefore feel very comfortable that his recommendations are sound and based on actual knowledge.  He uses his wide professional network to validate technical elements of the roles he recruits for. In the past, we have discussed (on an anonymised basis) roles he has been recruiting for so that he has an objective viewpoint on the customer’s requirement. I know he also does this with others and it shows to me, his commitment in getting it right for both customer and candidate. When we have budget to spend on external agencies Sunny is the first person I contact.
